Bloody old woman at my workplace scolds customers..

I am working at this cafe(Not naming it).Everytime a customer browses through the menu, she would rush the customer in a very rude tone.Not to mention, she always reprimands people when they order something that she doesnt understand.Not everyone(especially those not Chinese) can say "teh peng" some people only know what is "Iced Milk tea''.But she cant forget about it, she will keep whining that it is teh peng to the customers and continue to be long winded and keep nagging at everyone for the rest of the day.Not to mention the teh she makes is unpalatable...so many have complained about her attitude.

Not everyone can pronouce the names from the menu so they point at a picture.Especially if it is a foreigner.Yet she proceeds to lecture the person on the name for 2 minutes then tells the person to repeat what she just said
