Leap years

Was looking at some programming stuffs about calculating leap years when someone said leap years are not just divisible by 4. Still got other rules....
But so far... all the years I've come across are divisible by 4 leh....

well quite easy to understand why...
But i believe the calender will change again...
cus the number of days per year wont stay the same forever right? some energy force may change the number of day?
