macdelivery ~ if they overshot time how?

i ordered at 11:50 and the order number is not the same as usual, it means they changed to a different branch from what i always ordered from, which is considered 'far' or much further than the previous ones.
I asked them why is it this branch this time but that guy only answered ' it's this XX branch shown here blabla..' seems like he has no answer for me.
they said it's going to take 1hr and 15mins or earllier and in 10 mins it's going to be the time.
anyone called n complained before?
I don't mind if they are late a bit but if the food come in shit quality etc cold already im going to call and screw them.
the change of branch is a major problem in here ~ -
never complain b4, but the fries will always be "not-so-good" already

OK FINALLY THEY CAME . lucky the food is still a bit hot if not i will really screw them hard.
usually they say can only give me 1 curry sauce so i requested 1 curry sauce and 4 chilli sauce.
guess what is inside the plastic bag?
2 STRAWS
1 PIECE OF SERVETEE
2 CURRY SAUCES

they promise the time then have to make it what.. what if ppl busy have something on later and they plan the time liao.
that time they give me wrong drink.. i called and they wanted to come again and they claimed will take 5 mins wow ... i say make it the next order so they have 1 milo pending owe me

Their time estimation very conservative de. Last time I order, they say 90min will sent to me.
Then they come at around 85min+ -

Near my house also got the 24h branch. but then it's like closed leh, the lights are not on.

i remember last time pizza hut got those promotion whereby if they came late, no need to pay one right?
or did i remember wrongly?
anyway i called back to screw pizza hut before when they were late by more than an hour. apparently they forgot my order.
im such an unvalued customer...

if u lazy, u will think $2 extra bucks isn't that much to pay to save you the trouble.
if you trifty u rather spend time walk downstairs and get the mac yourself.

actually, when the food comes, if not gd, call the branch again n complain and they will send u another set of hot food again! free food!
did that once. but thats cos mine was really cold.
dumb delivery boy screwed up the place and had no street directory with him..... -

what i think is that they will say give them 10 mins they will give you a new exact order. (like my milo case)
then you just tell them you don wan it now, make it the next time you call they will return you a free meal. -
there was once they brought me a wrong order and they ask me to keep it while they go back take my order for me.

sometimes they ll call and tell u it will take longer for my case once. another is being wet weather they cant deliver u ll ve to call back later 1
