  mmm i wonder if anyone has noticed that natural disasters >Typhoon, tsunami, earthquake ETC has increased to 4FOLDS in recent years. From what i know, the earth is currently undergoing a natural transition state.
  
  Even Singapore is not struck by natural disaster, we can be affected as we depend heavily on export such as food, water etc (external resources).. ok even though this is what IF..

  yeah definitely. not jiu mei or what. even people, or loved ones need help also can help them. ok i will go library borrow books on this soon. good idea to learn some new skills

  Community Emergency Preparedness Programme.
  
  Both courses I attended, practiced CPR on dummy.

  useed to noe CPR.....must dunno exhale bad breath into the person....then keep doing the pumping, for 30 counts? then again

  basic and advanced first aid + CPR with certification. Practiced on those dummy's ..the hymen maneuver . broken legs , arms... lol! Have yet to really practice on a real case!

  Why not we organize a CPR learning outing. Then together as a whole, we go sign up the course.
