If someone just collapsed on the streets, best is call ambulance and attempt to wake the person up (in case just fainting). Help better than don't help. Imagine if its someone you know who collapsed. If the guy was saved by you, that would be wonderful. You would had saved someone's life.
Cert no cert doesn't really matter in cases of emergency like this. BUT u must be confident and know that you're doing the right thing.

i learnt the old cpr method. i know they revised the method la. include more chest compression, like 90 chest compressions?
the one i learnt is
blow 2 times into his lungs
then do 15 chest compression
then blow 2 times into his lungs,
then do 15 chest compression.
do this 4 cycles, then check for pulse, and breathing. -

1min 4 cycle they change to 2min 5cycle of 30 compression 2 ventilation ... thats the latest i learned b4 ord
