That's true. No point knowing exactly who she is. I just found it disturbing that someone would just abused a fellow human like this for a SMALL SMALL matter. Cuz she might be an ex-teacher and that's how she's bitter.. I was just wondering if she was the school teacher in the Joo Chiat neighbours sage... anyone got those peeps' pic. He just being released from IMH, but on the contrary, he is very frank and straight to the point. Tho it may be a bit too much, but i like it. -

I doubt she is really from RGS. Probably a bit de-ranged, since there was no reason for her to bring up the points about her father being in the police plus that she's a teacher.
The episode also shows that whoever said "the customer is always right" is an idiot. -
