Problem with Customer Service of a popular handphone brand

  Hi, anyone ever had any problem with Customer Service of one of the popular handphone brands(not that hard to guess lah)? I brought down my phone to their CareCentre to get it fixed. They said the spare part to fix it is unavailable and will contact me when it arrives.
  
  After a few weeks of no contact from them, I called in to ask. They said the spare part is available now but it will cost me $25. I went down again to get it fixed.. they confirmed that the spare part is not under warranty. so ok, i getting ready to pay $25.. but then they said it's $47. WTF?
  
  I e-mailed them to complain and to clarify the discrepancy. But after replying to ask for reference number and details no further correspondence from them. Just sending an e-mail to the e-mail address they e-mailed me from also got no reply. I logged a new case with them, they finally retrieved my case but their recommendation: bring back to CareCentre.. they didn't even address my queries.
  
  Anybody got any experience in handling them as this is my first time dealing with them. Tried asking for their manager's contact but no success.

  call, go down there and scold. let all ur anger out. they will surely serve u
  
  100% success rate, and also threaten to write in to the press or go to CASE.

  GO to CASE.... They gave you wrong info... Never deliver what they promised...

  Thought of bringing up to CASE but no black and white.. words against words.. can make a case?

  I never had any major problems with this particular brand so never really experienced a trip down to the care centre. Feedbacks from my friends always stated the time to rectify is always very lengthy, will often need more than 1 trip down. Agreed with the earlier replies, have to make your point known at the centre itself if not will get pushed ard.
