Firstly, they didn't ask me about allergy thing. That's y i said they are unprofessional!!!! Secondly, they change my room half way that's y i said their service are bad!!!

did they ask u to fill up a form when u are there for massage? the form will have a lot of questions like:
any operation done within 6 month?
any allergy?
any sickness like tumor, cancer, heart problem etc...?
all the spas that I have went before will request to fill up this kinda of form.
and so far, i have not come across any spa that will tell me what sort of massaging oil they are using. -
