  Last time i bought outside of valentine's day is $1. When I bought during V day, it costs me close to $100 for a small bouquet. When i buy during v day, i feel like i am a carrot sia, genna dok.

  Vista point market, florist store.
  $0.80 per stalk... ask that ah peh or aunty to wrap for you.
  Think not veli expensive lah, saw they do wrapping of flower for ppl oso.
  I buy roses from him almost every week and sometime he dun charge me for additional deco for the flower.
  So try your luck lah.

  thanks alot everyone. i will buy my gf flowers according to the time we have been tgt. hope it will be a surprise to her altho it may not be extravagant
