any1 having internet lag?

hey guys in sgforums.. any1 of you complaining lag?
like msn fails to sign in the first time then 2nd time it manages to sign in?
or
steam tries go connect but it wont connect?
im encountering 3 problems now .. my steam wont connect , my msn will after 2nd time , my bittorrent speed is sh3t even if im connected to peers.. i encrypted the connection with rC4 already
whats next?does any of you complain its rather shit atm?
im using singnet ..my friend say starhub is ok atm -

Ahs.. Steam is a add-on to games like counterstrike,Half-life....
I using StarHub here..No lag here.. As per normal,Maybe Singtel the underwater cable got problems (I guess only) -

Web pages and forums are ok, I'm on Singnet too , however the other ports may be affected, gaming fails.
At least not even Gunbound can play Rakion cannot too.
