I think i'm suffering from insomnia...

  first few days i can't sleep for the whole night... around 6am then fall asleep...
  
  then pass few days drag till 7am-8am then can sleep...
  
  and today, till now i still can't sleep... how? how to cure? i feel tired leh, my eyelids got the heavy and want to close feeling. but when i close my eyes, i just can't get to sleep

  Try doing something relaxing before you hit the sack like listening to music.....

  try and relax. or maybe you not used to the time to sleep. if so then just dun sleep for 30 hours then sleep at the time you want

  err.. i also suffered the same thing as you the 1st 2 weeks of holiday. at 1st its 6am sleep, slowly become around 12pm sleep. i will wake around evening to 10pm. the cycle continues.
  
  but now i have normal sleep time le. went out last week, make myself awake til evening, then chiong home and slp at a normal time, maybe 9 or 10. then u will wake at ard 5 or 6 in the morning which is healthy.Try to maintain this process until u get used to it. for me im quite used to it as i start to get sleepy around 9+ le.
  
  so the solution is - dont sleep for 24 hours until u get really sleepy at night then sleep.

  DIY or do hv sex more will make u sleep like a baby.

  Its no way near insomnia man in my opinion. Insomnia people can't sleep for weeks and months. So don't worry. Better see a doctor all the same, private one will be better than polyclinic.

  because your sleepin hours changed.... mornin sleep night wake up right?
  
  
  To change this lifestyle, you can continue to sleep in the mornin, like 7am 8am, but then you dont sleep for long, just wake up some time in noon, like 2pm. Set alarm.
  Then after that no nap no nothin, at night you will feel tired and eventually fall asleep

  Don't take naps during the day.
  Stay awake.
  
  When going to sleep, AT NIGHT, try to stop your mind from thinking.
  Kinda like holding your breath, instead it is your mind your are stopping. Try and see how long you can hold your thoughts back. Relax your face muscles, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, abs, thights, calf, foot.
  
  Before you know it you would be asleep.
  If not, at least you are relaxed.

  me too...me always have the same problem. haha. but bo eat sleeping pills..wait i get used to it. .. ..yesterday i sleep until 6pm then wake up now.. yawn..bery sleepy but still cant sleep.

  honours presentation in front of some weird profs. I go back sleep liao. Can afford to sleep tilll 10am.
