  You know, sometimes after many years of leaving school...its difficult for you to study, think academically etc...
  
  So how to have a genius brain? What food to eat? What actions should I do? Should I go for some I dunno, IQ courses....
  
  How to stimulate my brain? AND MAKE IT WISER!!!

  how is that linked to iq?? reading newspaper only strengthens your command of the language and increases your general knowledge
  
  iq is more of an inborn thingy i feel... yes u can raise it with some training but not drastically. if you're born with it then good for you, if not, you can excel in other ways! remember studies arent only about IQ, there are many factors
  
  like motivation, attitude, time management, etc.

  - Read books with complex plots/characters/themes
  - Stop reading the local newspapers.
  - Read several different foreign newspapers/magazines
  - make friends whom you can actually have intelligent, no holds-barred conversations with
  - work out (increases testosterone)
  - have hot sex frequently (increases testosterone)
  - eat oysters / chicken (increases testosterone)
  - get your butt off that warm seat and get out more
