For gym, first u need to warm up
So , running or cycling is good.. Do it for 5-10mins, not more than that but make sure u sweat a little in these 5 - 10 mins.. no sweat means your not warm enough.. not to say u run like hell or cycling like u kena chase by dog... just adjust the difficulty bit by bit till u really feel the difficulty then u will sweat
After some warm up, u do watever u want..
Do you know how to play with the dumbells or any equipment?
Method is like this:
a) Start with the acceptable weight for you.. but not too heavy.
b) Play and repeat it for 12 times. (must be light enough so u can get till 12 times) then stop for 1 -2 mins
c) then add some weight to your toy, not too much ,, mayb only 0.5kg or 1kg
At this point, mayb u can only lift till 10 times or less.. Dont worry. Then stop 1 - 2 mins
d) Then add another 0.5kg or 1kg.. then lift.. this time might be lesser than 5times. Stop 1 - 2 mins after that.
e) U add till you are not able to lift any toy till more than 3 times. Then thats your gym workout for that day.. Note: Dun let ppl support you when u play with your toy.. IF you playing for your biseps dun let your other hand support your working hand...
After a) - e) thats it.. thats the workout u need to do..
If this is the 1st time for you, i bet 2morw morning you will feel tremendous pain for your muscle.
Lets say your working on your biseps, dont workout for triceps that day.. plan your tricep for the nex day..and let your biseps one day rest.
But your method must b correct.. i dont really know how to tell u here cuz i need to show.. anyway, dont play gym alone . ask some1 who really experience (coached b4 and have the certificate) to teach and guide you..
Wrong method not only caused u to damage your vein but also you will feel tremendous tiresome but with so little effect...
I suggest u try to ask any fren or surt the net for more information, but my personal experience said that its the best when u have a coach around u to see what is wrong wit your method.
TO know whether your method is wrong or right, lets say ur playing with dumbell, your targeting the bisep.. if your method is right, u will feel the effect on your bisep.. if you somehow did the wrong way, u might feel so little effect on your bisep but other part of muscle like triceps feel that. so your method is wrong..

for me , after every workout on body parts i will do my stomach workout.. stomach workout is a must everyday cuz its the most stubbon muscle of our entire body... after all that.. im already so tired to even run or jog.... ridiculous.. i have to work tomorrow morning .. and usually after my work till around 7 , i straigt away go gym.. take some few mins rest before i warmup and start my gym...gosh.. run after that ? ridiculous... too tired for that..
