you can find payment kiosks at all libraries.
just insert your ic and it will prompt you the amount to pay. -
I was billed for late return for books I had never borrowed....

enter ur IC lumber and ur surname, and select ur year and month of birth
there will show wad u borowed and fines
u can also erquest for a free email reminder, mine is to email me 5 days before the book is dued -
i more pro , i return book ler then they say nv return charge me fine for late when i returned on time , $8 sia...

They also got send me... Owe $1.80.
My father say it's a scam and many people received this letter. All owe $1.80.

i used my sis's card to borrow books..
ehh.. owed $1+ that i dun even know when did i not return the books on time...
