  u ahve to apply for the form, which u can request from fifi, fill it up, photocopy IC both side, snail mail it to UK, attn:jason, then wait for his comfirmation, if aprroved, u must write ur new nick and snail mail it back to him
  
  wait for at least 3 weeks, then by mail u will receive the activation and password, for the period, ur old nick cannot be used

  Just apply for a new nick lor. Then you wanna ban yourself so simple.
  
  Change your password to gibberish then copy and paste into confirm password.
  
  After that confirm you'll never be able to log in again.
