  thats how i would chose when it comes down to it... cause both offer reasonably good deals in thier own respective parties.

  If it is for local use only I would think UOB have more offers but if you travel often or shop online often Citibank would be better as some sites dun accept cards from our local bank and sometimes I have problems swapping the local bank card overseas but never any problems with Citibank before

  i got both UOB and Citibank (and more)
  I just called them to waive my annual subscription fees... so troublesome...
  but still worth it... use for free... still got free gifts...
  
  so the more the merrier

  i only use two cards... UOB and citibank... the rest just for fun only...

  both cards are good, alot of priviledges leh.
