  How is the OT pay calculated during weekdays and during sat and sun? Is there any formula?

  Mine is 1.2, sundays and off days.

  Up to your boss, but it's can be 1.5× and u can't do anything. Unless you work on an off day without off-in-lieu compensation then is 2.0×.
  
  How much? Your daily basic rate, pro-rated from monthly pay if necessary, plus any allowances applicable for that day. But still Singapore is employer makan employee de, better check your contract.

  Mine is 1.0 for off days. And I already work on sundays

  public holiday and sunday: 2x
  sat or weekdays: 1.5x
  
  calculation for your daily pay: salary/ (total no of working day of the month)
  
  OT: daily pay x 1.5
  
  or
  
  OT: daily pay x 2
  
  p.s. diff company calculate differently..

  then calculate: x1.5 or x2

  No need. White-collared workers with less than 1.6 basic will count 8 hours as normal pay and anything beyond that as 1.5× OT.

  Last time my OT pay on weekdays is 1.5x normal.
  
  Weekend or Public Holiday rate = 1.5x normal.
