An old house opposite Marine Parade LIbrary

  Anyone know there is this huge old mansion
  
  opposite Marine Parade Library?
  
  It seems that nothing have been done
  
  to this old house for at least 20 years
  
  Is it haunted or due to other matters
  
  which left this house in old ruin down condition?

  The building is called Grand Hotel..now defunct already...the building opposite also belongs to the Grand Hotel aka Annex 2... Used to operate as a hotel in the 70s-80s but ceased operations after an "incident" happened..a caretaker comes once a month to mow the lawn and clean the area...there's a bus stop beside the building and people often hear weird noises at dawn while waiting for the bus..

  I've been in it before when it was not dyfunct and it was one creepy house
  I was just a little girl then and I remembered sticking to my mum coz the place gives me creeps

  It was a hotel
  
  After it ceased operating as a hotel the premises was still being rented out for various functionis.
  
  But then it suddenly stopped
  
  Anyway it is totally creepy
  The inside is very cool and dim even though the sun is beating down and scorching the earth outside

  actaully in east coast there
  
  heard that there used to be a graveyard there too
  
  but of course it has been removed long time ago
