Incl. of CPF means gross or net?

  I've got a job offer of $1XXX including CPF contribution.
  Does that mean NET or GROSS salary?

  gross...net is your take home pay.....

  gross = take-home (net) + employee's CPF
  employer's CPF is transparent to employee for most of the time

  gross means your take home + income tax(well normally pple include this in the take home + your CPF contribution. not including employer's contribution

  Don't worry about gross or nett.
  Is $1xxx your basic pay?
  
  If yes, $1xxx + allowances, etc - your CPF contribution - CDC, Mendaki, Sinda contributions = take home pay.

  It's strictly a question of interpretation
  
  But in all probabilities, it's Gross salary lah. Net is after all other deductions too and that's not quite possible to determine as it depends on how much the other deductions are.

  Its is Gross, NETs is a card you need to go Bank and apply so as to draw out your salary.
