STOMPer takes picture in the toilet....

  I read at from the Straits Time..
  
  The picture is at Singaporean Seen.
  
  One of the STOMPer took a picture of a man urinating at the urinal and an auntie cleaning the toilet.
  
  I thought toilet should have full privacy mah. How can the STOMPer take picture(s) in the toilet?! Even police have no right to installing bugging/camera/recording device in toilets, so what give this STOMPer the right?
  
  I DEMAND an Explanation!
  
  Do you want other people to take your pictures while you urinate?
