those above 16 half age, where to extend passport..

  Citizens may be issued with a passport with validity of less than 10 years (if the passport was issued before 1 April 2005) or 5 years (if the passport was issued from 1 April 2005 onwards). Passports issued before 15 Aug 2006 to male citizens aged between 11 and 16½ years are valid for 2 years or till the holder reaches 17½ years old, whichever is earlier. The passport may be extended upon application.

  don't understand leh, what about those after 16 half ? sibei confusing one.
  
  why they want make things complicated? i don't want to end up going ICA and they say i liable for NS soon and have to go CMPB extend myself

  if ur above 16 u can only extend til end ur ur poly or jc. can be done at ICA

  There is only one place to extend your passport its at ICA.
