  not NTUC fault lah... some shopper thot there only have $6.50 chocolates, so took the $6.50 one... then scally found out got $2 kitkat! so they put the $6.50 one there and took the $2 one loh...
  
  seriously... if u see the name at the price tag different from the brand name... have it occured to you to check???
