This few days as i swing my shoulder...i can hit

hear some funny sound in my shoulder blade bone or so
it can be pretty loud.....
i can hear the bones like crossing each other
anyone got this experience
or is it something wrong my joint or bones?

hmm yea creaky. maybe the screw inside abit....not placed well.
but anyway..worst comes to worst, my knee surgery was arthroscopy, shoulder arthroscopies are done too. -

though sometimes it's particularly loud, then someone will say 'did u hear that!'
