...doing things on your own?
For example, going to lunch or dinner alone, going shopping alone, etc...
I am asking because sometimes I just have this whim to do things on my own, and when I told ppl they usually gave me this surprised look...it happened before when I was single, and now that I am attached, it was more like a shocked look than surprised
But does doing things alone = being lonely? -
Sometimes, I wang off alone. Hard to do it in front of many pple

If I have a choice, of course I would prefer having company, especially my husband's. However, it's nothing wrong doing things alone. Sometimes I do go shopping alone.
Being alone doesn't necessarily mean being lonely.
