  yesterday nearly hit by the cigarette butt that was thrown by someone living in a high storey flat. From the way it was thrown, it seems to be done on purpose. thanks to the wind i wasn't hurt. i was rather unhappy so i went to lodge a report but the sad fact is that only when i'm injured then the police can investigate. else, there's nothing they can do. -.- i was told that even a pot dropped and kill someone, that owner of the pot will only be jailed. And it seems that there is no preventive measures that can be taken to stop this kind of reckless act.

  The owner of the pot will only be jailed?? So you want the owner of the pot to be hanged just because he wasn't careful or negligent about his pots? Tsk tsk...
