Clean Streets in Sg possible?

do u tink we'll hv clean streets here if we do away wif the fines?
although at bankok me hv a hardtime looking for rubbish bin to throw my cigarette butts, we see v clean street... quite impressive....

I don't think that we'll ever do away with the fines. After all, other countries are also starting to impose fines on litter bugs liao.

me tinking sg make it difficult for small business to thrive... sg is a place for big business... u can't setup stalls along the rd to sell things w/o licenses or high rents... bankok on the other hand can... they anyhow setup stalls can dun nid to beg liao...
the retail space here is ridiculously high... it favours landlords and gov ... but this... me oso understand Y... this time u all tell me 1st... -
