  What should I wear for going down to sign the job offer letter? Formal or just smart casual will do?

  If you are signing on for a high post, you can wear formal. But if you are signing on for a normal office post, smart casual can liao.
  
  Edit: When I meant smart casual, I really mean something like long-sleeve shirt and black pants.
