  do you guys do this.
  
  eg: stand when a lady leaves the table
  
  cmon list what other gentlemanly acts you know. opening the door etc.

  wait for the lady settle down on a seat before you sit down
  
  open the door at all times
  
  don't walk too fast, be at constant pace with the lady
  
  be attentive to what the lady is saying, even though you don't like what she is saying, just be agreeable - oic, yea, i think so too
