Got!!! every shopping also have mah, mostly old uncles doing lah, but everytime instead of lookout for shoplifter, they look at gals like me, wha! really cheekopek. Once I bent down to take a can of sardine, then i look up, i saw this uncle stare at me like kenna electric shock liao. But well..who'd steal vegetables and meats ? i mean yeah...im still after the idea of bar codes. Oh wait, if im not wrong, the meats are being packed into packages what..vegetables also..so should be safe. Anyway how expensive can their stuff get? I mentioned partly because regulars like TS's mom would have recognized him, but then again most regulars dont really bother to shoplift, or rather dun want to.
On the other hand, shoplifters who haven done their homework might get caught. But then again, he's not omnipresent. So its somewhat a fifty-fifty chance.
Maybe its not that he sux, its just that their job's field is rather large (e.g Marine Parade NTUC). And as mentioned previously, he bears responsibility of false accusation heavily, since it would serve to tarnish NTUC's reputaion. I would rather bo chap then to make such an error.
Lastly, I would rather fairprice rotate their PCO in different outlets to reduce their familarity with customers. -

by the way, my mum always see the fellow at the supermarket she goes to n she think he doesnt look right.
so one day while chit chatting with the cashier (my mum always like to chit chat with cashiers), she asked her n the cashier secretly said yes, he's the spy. -

That Uncle not only Spy lah not only to catch ppl stealing but to help out in the cashier to chnage shift. You go to the same NTUC and you will see two to three uncle like beri familar like that loh that is the uncles liao. I go NTUC everyday I saw how they work.
Got one time beri angry I took a basket full of items and was there shopping for almost 2 hours I take my time to enjoy mah then got one uncle kept following me I go where he go where I take what he stare at me from the other corner pretend to take things from the shelf to see the items. I know he is one of the uncle. I stare at him and took out my handphone and call my bf and talk loudly saying that got one uncle like the Security he kept following me he thinks I am going to steal I don't have money to pay meh follow me for one hour I purposely let the uncle heard my conversation he pai sei and left.
Haha I know I am very bad but really dislike people following me when I do my shopping. (^-^) -
