  oh i made a mistake. if you posb transfer to posb or dbs then immediate la and no + charge.

  If transfer to other bank also no charge. Transfer to other bank cannot use ATM, can use phone banking or internet banking. Takes 2-3 working days.
  
  Internet banking can transfer to any bank in sg. citibank to SCB to OCBC to ICICI to ICO to TMB to HL to DBS to UOB.
  
  But the best place is to transfer to my account. Thanks in advance.

  if u want to transfer to another bank, example POSB/DBS to UOB or OCBC or any other bank, and u want the money to reach in 1 working day, you can approach the counter staff to request for a MEPS/TT. Charges apply.
  
  Alternatively, approach your bank and get them to issue a cashier's order (cheque) to the receiving party's name. Then give him the chq. Charges apply for 3rd party payee.
  
  The fastest method is to withdraw cash and deposit into other party's bank using their Cash Deposit Machine. Free.
