must print out the picture, mail it to the admin, then wait for approval. after that, when it is approved, u tell the admin when and wad topic u wan the pic to be in, then wait for the uploading by the admin, after 3 working days, the pic would be uplaoded.
for shorter time, upload ur pic into a free host and put the direct link here, then [img] it -

2. Copy the URL of the picture.
3. In your reply, do this [IMG]Link to Picture[/IMG]
Change the capital IMG to small letters.
