The last time I was in pumping iron simple simon said I was screwing around in his forum??? I must give him a lot of credit for gathering good information from Health & Muslces megazines and posting them in this forum other than that he is just another lonesome nerdy kid with zero sense of humor.I first thought pumping iron was a place where people who love fitness meet to discuss exercise but as you guys already found out ..its just a few chaps in there getting an erection over their own images in the mirror.I cant wait to be there when people like Simon or Marco organize an outing to see who can really bench press,look really fit and pumping iron and who is just pumping sh1t in here
