  It's not really cartoon
  But they have figurines and cards etc.
  The girls / boys got angelic faces, their heads are round and cute...
  
  They are called what?
  
  Not Hallmark, not Memory Lane, Not Forever Friends........ they are a brand just like these... but i forgot the name... can somebody please tell me.....?
