  Actually there is the traditional to wear all types of amulet outside the shirt including Jatukam. This is to prevent amulets from getting moist fr body sweat which might damage them.
  
  If you are interested in this amulet, there is the website both in Thai and English with alot of images of old Jatukarm (before 2007) B.E.2530 - 2549
