Poor service by clinic staffs

I was at bedok north just now to see a doc. was rather piss off with the staffs there. first, the clinic opens at 8.30 am and the doc only arrive at 9.20am. Than the malay staff actually allow a elderly malay woman to jump Q. There was so many plp there and I have waited 4 more than 2 hrs and not even my turn and I heard them speaking in malay the older woman was complainting of the long wait .
I mean everyone was also waiting and waited 4 so long. its not as if she is the only 1 waiting or she is the only 1 sick.
so damm unfair. -

This kind of poor service is almost everywhere in Singapore. i saw afew of them who came in after me, get in first, but me bo bian, wait.
and the doctors were late for 30mins..
are they supposed to be late?

if i want see doctor i wll call and ask whether many ppl waiting or watsoever, if yes i will make appointment, and thy will call me.

want fast, go to high cost hospital lor... if you dare not voice up at that time so no point voicing out at all.

in hospital if you are seeing a specialist they will go by appt time, eg. ur appt time is 9am but u reach at 8.30am, than another patient appt time is 8.50am but arrive at 8.40am, they will see the patient that arrived at 8.40am first.Originally posted by de_middle:yeah, world class healthcare...won't be suprised that it happens in the hospitals too

Its not that dare not voice out , just that I find it no point making a scene at the clinic where there are so many other sick patient waiting.
I'm just sharing my experience here that's all. -
