DBS / POSB bank I banking help

  Is the DBS / POSB bank ibanking down? Cos i can open the web, but the image not show at the log in ID and PW...

  But mine really cannot show the image.. How to solve it? I dont know how to PrtSc.. i press it but dont know where it save as..

  -> click printscreen.
  -> open "paint" from "accessories"
  -> save it.

  u need to go ATM.. activate ur ibank 1st..
  they will then mail u the secure device
