  You have to walk in from Tampines N2 Neighbourhood Centre/Tampines East CC or Ave 7.

  Know why I ask jay_rocks all these? Because I saw someone taking 27 with me today..and he looked a bit lost like he's never been in Tampines..he carried a transitlink bus guide book and looked at the page which shows service no. 8's route..
  
  That's why I'm suspecting the guy I saw on bus 27 today is jay_rocks..
