STEERUM? (pronounced)

  Hey guys, there's a word which popped into my mind suddenly... I do not know or remember the exact spelling but I think it's pronounced as STEER-RUM or stair-rum or something near to these.May I know the exact spelling please?

  Nope. It's usually used to describe something like a political "steerum" or whatever. Pardon me for not remembering the word and hence needing to use "steerum" to replace it.
