Long haired man at Borders

has anyone ever seen this long haired man at borders?
i've seen him a couple of times, usually sitting on a sofa reading a book.
you can smell that hair from a metre away, it's very foul, like never wash for months, each time i see him it's the same smell.
think he's a nutcase or something. -
