  I used to have serious outbreak last year. My face turned from the BLOODY smooth skin to this rugged skin but not the POK-ed face dat kind.
  
  one thing i know for sure is how to prevent outbreak.
  
  1) make sure NO hair can touch ur face. like fringe or long sideburns. Because hair is oily(unless u got dry hair) and will easily get bombarded with dust in the air making it very dirty and when the hair sticks to your face, the facial oil +hair oil+dirt = PIMPLES.
  
  2) For me, keeping a sleep early wake up early routine helped to reduce my pimples SIGNIFICANTLY, the outbreak even stopped for 2mnths partly due to the fact that i was working part time in the morning.
  
  3) Eat less oil, exercise frequently.
  
  I use normal facial wash, rotating between brands frequently so that i know which is best for my face. I try the OXY Facial wash, expensive as it may be, it was nothing useful on my face. I also use the BIORE FACIAL TONER(BLUE). I smudge it wif cotton bud that i bring to sch in a bag and use it to wipe off the dirt and oil on my face once every day. Quite useful, feels fresh after every wipe.
