  but after 2 years of buying decided to stop cause i notice i only read once then chuck the magazine into the cupboard and it become very messy, books falling out upon opening

  then FHM, maxim.
  
  then Menshealth (local, UK, US), smart investor, Edge
  
  now is only smart investor, edge, pulse, and anything that catches my interest when i'm at borders.

  And I do absolutely NOTHING that are in there. No exercise, nor any eating plans.
