anyway the signature was when i joined SGF 3 yrs ago thinking to try sell/recruit members, which was wrong of me even when i go out for outings.
maybe just to explain the values a little deeper, though i know later will sure kena flamed..

1. Loyalty to Company
There are many hop-ers around, like whichever companies giving better payout or got sponsored NDP, etc.
2. Leadership
Lead by example to your distributors, do not say one thing and ask them to do another (u shake leg and ask them to go cold call, do the task with them)
3. Discipline
Wake up as though you are working for someone, do not give yourself excuses to exempt yourself to for appointments.
4. Professionalism
Learn products by heart, to be able to let the customers/prospect know u know the product. Do it like a business and not begging someone to buy or join your network.
5. Fighting Spirit
Chiong all the way.
6. Ethics
Badmouthing your competitors will only reflect how shallow you are. Pepsi doesn't bad mouth Coca-Cola to get market share, they do the Pepsi challenge and let the consumers decide themselves.
7. Care for Customers
Only Genuine care for the customer will let them feel that you are a friend and not a saleperson always trying to psycho them to buy product or join him as a networker.
Well, now i got other value incorporate other than this thanks to some self improvement books and assisting my ex-business consultant who is still educating me on stuff on the modern fast pacing business world/economy.
