  never pain before, suddenly last night it pain until now arghh
  can't sleep or study well
  any recommendation of what to do?

  Extract lor.. Is it wisdom tooth?? U wan me to tell you how they do it??
  
  They'll use this huge plier to open up your mouth. Then using drills, they'll drills holes to loosen the sides so easier to pull out. Then they might saw it a little to make things faster. Finally, another huge plier to pull out the offending tooth..

  Ok, serious now...if u scared to go destist, follow my dad, rinse with salt water. He says it never fails to lessen the pain.

  btw how to know its a wisdom tooth?
  its d upper 2nd tooth from d back, 4-5years back patch already; now suddenly pain unbearable.
  Just get myself panadol Extra, at least it works for time being.

  i do brush, rinse with mouthwash & floss
  just dunno why it pain now in such a sudden, while it never show any pain before.
  now still pain but bearable, gulp in 5 panadol extra already
