meaning of the word kao pei

the origin of the word kao pei was when a father of an unfilial son died, the son would cry at his father's grave, and people would say he "kaopei"(cry father)
but now when someone talks c0ck, we say he "kao pei"/
how come kaopei becomes talk c0ck? -
unfillial son cry at father grave means to create noise only..
i don't need to explain more -

Kaopei is "make noise" as in complaining loudly, or grumbling.
Usually the person complaining loudly is like talking to self.
If you don't obey your mum, and she complains loudly blah blah blah, at the same time sweeping the floor, blah blah blah. That's kaopei.
