Are puppies billingual?

  I'm thinking of getting a puppy and like to ask any dog owners whether tehy are responsive to commands in english and mother tongue...would this confused the poor puppy?

  is that a TYPE of like erm, farm, or store?
  and to the thread-opener, i think that you should stick to one language. remember how it was when you first started out learning english+mtl? (we have like, 10 years in school and noone's perfect at the end of it?)
  
  it's even harder for a puppy to comprehend, so to be fair to it (lol), stick to one language..

  last time i spoke to my dog in hokkien cos its previous owner spoke to him. one purpose for doing so is so dat it would not be homesick.
