Job offers dilemma

in a bit of a situation here. hope can get opinions from you guys!
ok im currently in my last semester in uni, which is finishing in december. so i'm actively looking to secure a job before my graduation.
so the situation is there's this Company A who told me that im selected. however, due to me not graduated they did not really make me any offer yet. so up to now everything is just a verbal agreement.
however, they did tell me they will make me a provisional offer. but its been a few weeks already and there's still no concrete offer yet. i did called them up a few days ago but they just told me the same thing, that they will get back to me with the provisional offer.
then there's this Company B, who i went for interview lately, and they seem pretty interested to make me an offer. the interviewer was really positive and she told me that an offer will be coming up pretty soon.
now comes the hard part. Should i accept Company B's offer when it comes or should i keep faith with Company A's promises?
im actually more inclined to work with Company A but until now they are unable to make me a concrete offer and this sort of makes me feel insecure. im afraid if i reject Comapny B, i might end up with nothing in the end.
what would you do? -
wait till the real offers come, else nothing to talk at all... get it?

if B offers first, then call company A to say that you have received another offer and you will probably be taking that up...
if they say okay, then take up B offer ...
if they counteroffer, then take up A offer lor... -

if i were u, some options that i will keep in mind when im deciding both offers..
1) career prospect
2) $
3) chances of advancement in the company itself
4) size of company (quite related to no.3)
5) bonus
if both work is abt the same, and so is the salary, then probably u need to think which can offer u a better option for long term. u wont want to just go into the company, start from scratch, then promote to department supervisor/manager then stuck there forever (if company is small, this is highly likely). but then again, u might want this as some form of a stepping stone to other better job, then u need to calculate which one offers a better fundamental.
lastly, u have to calculate what is ur own opportunity lost.. -

why would want to work for a company that is hesitant / likes to drag things?
If a company is really sincere, they would not do something like this.
I would go for B if an offer is made -

when the offer really comes, then u evaluate again... nowadays coy can promise anything, but when no black&white signed, nothing counts... so wait till a real offer comes along then u consider...else it is talking abt air only

ive already evaluate these factors and i prefer A. just tat there's no concerete offer from them yet, and im afraid if that fails to materialize, then i'll end up with nothing -
