Tammy what kind of dog is yours? Last time I saw the picture - looks kinda big.
Yesterday on my way to school, I spotted a bag-of-bones dog tied to a gate to a piece of state land... it was so thin you could see the ribs and the stomach was concave.
And its left eye was I dunno blind or what, and when I tried to touch it, it appeared afraid of my touch. I wanted to call the SPCA, but they would surely ask me to hang around until they send someone down... was rushing to school, so selfishly I went away... When I returned after school to check, it wasn't there anymore. -
