  No, it is not a crime. It is not so even if he have an affair with the married woman. BUT, morally, it is wrong. If having an affair and if the husband can proved that, he will be named a respondant ( not sure how to spell ) and if the divorce is successful, he will have to pay for it ... not cheap, I heard ...
