How Much is the Debt Limit to be bankrupt recently in SG

  everyone .
  recently have some problem
  just wanna know what is the recent debt limit for a person to be bankrupt
  i read some new about in 1999 the limit went from 2k to 10k but now i heard from friend that it went to 100k
  is it truth?

  The present legal amount of debt to bankrupt a person is $10,000.00.

  what u mean by that.
  i meaning if a company wanna declare some one who own them money they have to pay also ma in order to do so
