u want to get a loan of $200k..im prepared..by the 6month, are you going to pay me the principal + interest together are you giving me a coupon rate..if coupon rate, im compounding monthly..if ur saying, you will pay principal and interest..im willing to charge a flat interest for that..i/r will be negotiable..
what is the venture about? if im interested, im willing to be a shareholder in that venture..dun worry about contracts..i can meet you with my lawyer.. -

this kind of things best is go to banks or relatives for a loan. people would nt sui sui bian bian lend $ to someone they do not know. otherwise u run overseas to hide then our 200k go down the drain le or if your venture lose $ or fail then how your repay us? -

Guess you would have probably known this but it would be faster for you to break-up your funding into 20 parts of 10k. It would be more affordable for small retail venture capitalist within the general public, especially so if your going to solicit funds from a forum.
